• Electrical Systems & Drives: Hands-on maintenance of 3-phase high-voltage power distribution, 3-phase motors, DC motors, brush replacements, variable frequency drives (VFDs), control panels, and transformer connections.
• Hydraulic & Fluid Power Infrastructure: Deep experience troubleshooting heavy hydraulic cylinders, fluid pumps, hydraulic valves, and high-pressure accumulator bladders and bottles to identify seal failure, pressure loss, and fluid leakage.
• Pneumatic & Air Compression Systems: Evaluating compressed air lines, pneumatic actuators, regulators, and distribution loops for pressure drops, air leaks, and moisture buildup.
• HVAC, Rooftop Units & Mechanical Drives: Hands-on experience servicing commercial rooftop AC units (RTUs), replacing belt drives, servicing filters and blowers, evaluating alignment, and inspecting mechanical drive systems for bearing wear and mechanical strain.
