We conduct a precise on-site collection and utilize a Certified Third-Party Laboratory ($198 value) to analyze your water for harmful contaminants, including Coliform, E. Coli, Nitrates, Nitrites, and Lead. You will receive an official laboratory certificate with your results.

Thermal Evaluation

Non-invasive diagnostic tool used to identify temperature anomalies; however, it cannot see through solid objects or detect issues obscured by furniture, heavy insulation, or structural barriers. This service must be requested and is only for certain areas of the home upon specific request and is limited to accessible areas of the home where thermal scanning is feasible.

All listed pricing for Atchley Home Inspections LLC is subject to change based on the specific square footage, age, and location of the property. Standard inspection rates include travel within our primary service area of Southern Middle Tennessee, However, a nominal mileage fee may apply for properties located outside our immediate region to cover fuel and transit time.
